How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by one of our E-Commerce personnel to confirm your order. Once the order is confirmed, only then your order will be dispatched with our delivery partner. Our delivery partner will coordinate with you through SMS to communicate the successful delivery of your order.
RETURNS
What are the shipping charges & time?
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• One or more products have been opened and/ or their original packaging is tempered
• The good were not purchased by you and you don’t have a receipt for it
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

What are the exchange, return and refund policies?
For return, write to us within 24 hours of receiving the order at consumer@route2health.com
For any product that you are not satisfied with, please email us and you will receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging.
DEFINATIONS
How do I return products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased products online, please follow the instruction on our site for returns and refund. If you purchased Route2Health® products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
