Route 2 Pilates is a peaceful oasis in the otherwise loud and bustling city of Lahore. For the last 14 years, men and women of various age groups have come to us for rigorous workouts that help them foster a true mind body connection. We permanently offer both Apparatus and Mat Pilates classes as private or group sessions. The studio also provides occasional yoga and meditation sessions. 

Our internationally certified teachers maintain their high standards by encouraging each other to further their Pilates knowledge every day. Route 2 Pilates is also Pakistan’s only international education center for future Pilates teachers. We have proudly taught and certified many teachers, including some who have gone on to establish their own studios.
