Want to ensure healthy fetal growth and development? QFolic is the best solution.
QFolic is a folic acid tablet for pregnant women. It promises optimal growth and development of the fetus. Qfolic has an active form of folic acid which is better than the previous generations. It promises superior absorption, higher bioavailability, & better utilization.
Folic acid (vitamin B9) plays an essential role in the neural development of the fetus. Apart from its vital role in fetal development folic acid has various benefits for women. Folic acid deficiency during pregnancy can result in anaemia, depression and impaired immune function. QFolic reduces the risk of preeclampsia, heart disease, stroke and Alzheimer’s disease.

QFolic is one of the best folic acid supplements in Pakistan. It contains 4th generation bioactive folic acid.
Folic acid:
Folic acid itself is not the active form of folate but to get activated it must be metabolized through several steps, it has lesser bioavailability, has tolerable limit of 1mg/day and is not much water soluble.
Quatrefolic acid:
It is biologically active form and can directly enter the folate cycle, has three times higher bioavailability, tolerability high and not established and it is water soluble.
A diet low in fresh fruits, vegetables, and fortified cereals may lead to folate deficiency. In addition, overcooking food can sometimes decrease vitamins. Poor dietary choices and not taking supplements result in low folate levels.
If taken more than the recommended dosage it can cause nausea and mild abdominal cramps.
